    Descripción

    Actividades a realizar:

    • Proceso de reclutamiento, selección ingresos e inducción al personal.
    • Asegurar el reclutamiento de personal adecuado para cada puesto (directo e indirecto).
    • Coordinar y programar las entrevistas técnicas requeridas con los especialistas y jefes del área correspondiente.
    • Integracion de expediente.
    • verificar que sea completada la documentacion requerida para la contratación del personal.
    • Realizar reportes de Control de vacantes e indicadores de rotación mensual.
    • Seguimiento a los procesos de capacitación.
    • Alta en sistema Sfera e IDSE
    • Apoyar en tareas administrativas correspondientes al área RRHH.

    Requisitos:


    • Carrera Psicología, Administración o a fin 1 año Experiência en Recursos Humanos comprobable
    • Conocimiento de las fuentes de Reclutamiento
    • Habilidades para entrevistar.
    • Actitud de Servicio
    • Disponibilidad de Horario*Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $3,500.00 a la semanaHorario:
