- Provides legal advice to individuals and business units concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations to ensure that corporate interests are well-represented.
- Responsible for making significant improvements to processes to ensure that the organization's interests are protected.
- May be responsible for interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- University Degree.
- 5 years of experience in Litigation, international company or Law firm.
- Advanced English (Conversational).
- Theoretical and practical legal knowledge. (Specialized in civil, labor and administrative litigation and trials).
- Conduct labor/administrative investigations.
- Responsible for insurance claims and payment processes.
- Provide legal advice to individuals and business units regarding the legal rights, obligations and privileges of corporations to ensure that corporate interests are well represented.
- Responsible for interaction with municipal, state and federal authorities related to requirements, audits, licenses, permits, resolutions. (Relationship with any "municipal, state and federal" authority).
- Responsible for litigation and able to support other issues such as government, employment, environment, real estate.
