    Strategy & Transformation Manager Emerging Markets supporting the Regional Chief of Staff in driving Strategy, Transformation and Operations for the AMEA and LATAM region. The role will be based in Mexico with a focus on Latin America subregion.

In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Regional Chief of Staff and senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of mission-critical priorities.

You will be involved in highest priority projects and ensure high-level execution by intervening and providing feedback as necessary to ensure it is high quality and meets the project expectations.

You are a seasoned strategic thinker, a business leader with experience in Food/ beverage/FMCG, with an appetite for challenge, with a hardworking, tenacious attitude, seeking to step up and take the next step in their career.


You are an assertive pro-active self-starter with proven track record of strong business results, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to connect the dots, to analyze, take-apart and challenge any P&L statement.


You have a passion for brands and understanding their value, relevance and power of connection with our consumers and customers, Passion for working in a business that is fast moving, execution-minded and entrepreneurial in its focus to grow.


You possess a master's degree in engineering, Business or Operations with Minimum of 5 years experience in Tier 1 consultancy, banking or similar experience.

Key responsibilities:


  • Strategic planning & execution:_
  • Work closely with Senior Leaders to develop, refine, and communicate the Region's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team on progress and potential areas for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence:_
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:_
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff in overseeing and managing key projects, ensuring they are delivered within established timelines and budgets.
  • Support project teams by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and addressing potential risks.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the senior leadership team and Regional Chief of Staff ensuring timely communication and alignment.
  • Prepare executivelevel communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional communication and collaboration to enhance teamwork and information sharing.
