Play your part in our team success

The Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; This is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools.

Core Responsabilities

Automation/digitalization of processes and information for strategic decisionmaking.
Studies of times and movements
Support productivity projects.
Documentation and/or updating of internal processes.
Documentation and/or updating of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

- from 6th semester and above preferably from IIS, IIA, IGE, IMA or similar field

Proactive, Responsible, Self-Driving
Knowledge of Office, Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of programming and Power BI
High level of cooperation and teamwork
Curious, courageous and focused
Good at working individually but also within a team
Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English.
