The Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; This is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools.
Core Responsabilities
- Automation/digitalization of processes and information for strategic decisionmaking.
- Studies of times and movements
- Support productivity projects.
- Documentation and/or updating of internal processes.
- Documentation and/or updating of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.

- from 6th semester and above preferably from IIS, IIA, IGE, IMA or similar field
- Proactive, Responsible, Self-Driving
- Knowledge of Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of programming and Power BI
- High level of cooperation and teamwork
- Curious, courageous and focused
- Good at working individually but also within a team
- Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English.
