Value Stream Coordinator, your future Position?
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of Givaudan Taste&Wellbeing business.

Your main goal will be develop customer engagement and customer understanding, executing improvement projects, acting as a change agent for supply chain projects.

You will implement collaborative planning across the Customer and Givaudan supply Chain, leading internal and external touchpoints to review selected Indicators.


You will be based in our Taste & Wellbeing manufacturing facilities located at Cuernavaca, Morelos, México (4 days on site, 1 day of home office).

Your
key responsibilitieswill be:


Be the Supply Chain Single Contact for assigned accounts

  • Develop network within the internal organization to enhance collaboration with Commercial functions and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain departments and IT organization to ensure data integrity.
  • Determine feasibility to accept supply chain requirements based upon established policies
  • Negotiate response to customer requirements and requests
  • Prepare and manage escalation (internal and external).
  • Develop relationship to the different stakeholders within the customer's organization to understand the needs, improve ways of working and build trust

Coordinate and drive implementation of customer projects/processes/ways of working

  • Establish and drive customer specific and crossfunctional improvement forum
  • Develop go forward programs to meet customer requirements
  • Define project scope, project team or support.
  • Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain function on projects and improvement projects
  • Help implement Sales projects by managing the Supply Chain impact
  • Work together with the customer to identify potential improvements

Monitor Supply Chain performance trends of global account and establish customer specific performance reporting

  • Review data for trends and provide regular updates on service trends to head of Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and Commercial
  • Identify area of potential gains in Supply Chain.
  • Establish customer specific performance reporting for use in Givaudan forums to ensure "on priority", "on time" and "on quality" project execution and response
  • Manage internal / external stakeholder expectations through agreement on required improvement actions and provide support for resolution
  • Drive excellence in Supply Chain communication to customers

Your professional profile includes:


  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management, demand planning background in an SAP environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) including meeting facilitation and presentations
  • Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of crossteam collaboration
  • Data analysis skills (Excel (can perform complex functions), BI, databases)
