You will report to Supervisor CAT, you can work home and office #LI-Hibryd based on our office in State of Mexico.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support to stores problems POS remote and telephone
  • POS user training and telephone advice
  • Call control and coordination of problem solutions to PPG Comex
  • Technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available.
  • Communicate with IT specialists' areas alike to ensure customer and service level standards are met.
  • Document problems reported by customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a remote customer support role
  • Priorize and complete tasks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and coupled.
  • Experience with Windows 10 or higher
  • Knowledge of POS system
  • Operate communication equipment, networks and peripherals.
  • Participate in or potentially teams
  • Time availability
