This position is responsible for System & Components evaluations.

Focus on the development vehicular & component test to confirm that vehicle meet all requirements established.

Support vehicle testing activities, especially during the launch of the P13C model.

Key Responsibilities:

Development the test setting and execution of all evaluations selected per appropriate method and timing related to Closures, Sealing and Body Durability systems.

Conduct logical problem solving activities through root cause analysis and countermeasure proposal to effectively close concern issues. Measure necessary data and use appropriate tools (FTA, KT, etc.)

Follow up and update Test Standard Procedures.

Test report creation. After test conclusion summarize result and get manager approval.

Conduct vehicle/system level reviews with other Design Groups.

Propose countermeasure ideas taking in consideration the QCT mindset.

Work with Nissan global team (USA/Japan/Mexico) to coordinate development projects and review Nissan test specifications requirements.

Extensive interaction with manufacturing, design groups, assembly plants, Vehicle planning and prototype sections to define schedule and coordinate vehicles or parts delivery.

Analyze and understand test standards in order to create TSP.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelors in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (Completed degree).

Previous Work Experience:

Desirable:
Nissan School experience is preferred.

DRBFM/FMEA/Root Cause Analysis

Language:

English (Business Fluent)
