In this market where we have built an incredible team of employees and today, we are excited to be adding a Resident Operations Manager who will lead the day-to-day operation at contract manufacturing facility.


This role oversees the Freestyle Equipment manufacturing operations in Guadalajara, Mexico, including: On-time delivery, Quality, New product introduction (NPI) and scrap, among others.


_ This is a Temporary Position - 12 Months._

What You'll Do for Us

  • Review weekly production plan and using knowledge of equipment capability and capacity will ensure proper target is met.
  • Provide direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
  • Assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) using Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage plant( Freestyle) KPIs.
  • Evaluate and measure performance of supplier using applicable performance metrics to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and delivery to specifications as set forth in agreements.
  • Support NPI manager is launching new program on time and on target
  • Support engineering team in activities related to continuous improvement.
  • Support material activities.

  • Competent Risk and issue management including effective escalation, executive summary, and clear databased recommendations for decision making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of manufacturing program management
  • Experience managing people /budgets with 2+ years supervising manufacturing staff preferred.
  • Quality & continuous improvement knowledge
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Ability to understand, record, and communicate material and product information
  • Detail oriented with a passion for leading and managing multiple projects
  • Know and follow all Goods Manufacturing Process (GMP), safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines
  • Adhere to all company policies and processes
  • Location in Guadalajara, Mexico (No relocation package included)
