Responsibilities

The Opportunity


Enterprise Service management (ESM) organization (within Global Business Service 'GBS') has been established to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to PepsiCo businesses globally, for all sectors, with great user experience.

To enable this purpose, ESM is implementing multiple technology platforms, including ServiceNow, as a service delivery platform across multiple business functions.


  • The

Enterprise Service Management Business Analyst for Supply Chain is responsible for

partnering with ESM Lead for Supply Chain to manage requirements related to ESM solutions for GBS Supply Chain org. The role drives gathering service related requirements, partnering with ESM COE and IT teams to implement the requirements for the Supply Chain function.


The role will work with the ESM Lead to manage the ongoing continuous improvement of the service management process and solutions.


Your Impact
As ESM MyServices Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Maintain all requirements for implementation of service management solution(s) across Supply Chain function in GBS, partnering with the ESM Lead to prioritize.
  • Support in design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise service management solution on ServiceNow platform and provide input into the unified employee centric experience design with intuitive solutions.
  • Monitor ongoing backlog of service management requirements & enhancements across GBS Supply Chain to ensure alignment with ESM program priorities.
  • Work with Supply Chain ESM Lead, Enterprise Service management and GBS team to ensure consistency in build out of performance management framework within selected service management solution to drive continual service improvement with capability/service owners.
  • Support ESM COE Team and GBS Supply Chain ESM Lead in planning future roadmap for Supply Chain.
  • Support Supply Chain ESM Lead in developing materials for stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and maintain service management related documentation as needed, including: standardized process documentation, operating procedures, and training material.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in Supply Chain or similar function.
  • 1 year of eperience in ServiceNow implementation or development experience and/or understanding of service management related processes experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language, including verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multifunctional and multicultural teams.
  • Broad understanding of the current and emerging service management trends and developments.
  • Should have good understanding of Agile Metholodolgy framework and experience in writing epics & stories (requirements).
  • Should have good experience in managing data over excel sheets, and have good hands on experience on PowerPoint presentation.
  • Should have exposure in project management, reporting & analytics.
  • Experience working on global projects or implementations.
  • Process design or other similar experience in Supply Chain.
  • Proactive, with strong research and problem solving skills.
  • Negotiation and facilitation skills, as well as interaction skills.
