Being comfortable within a matrix organization is essential, as this role will be part of a global TA community, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for the America region with a dotted line to the Human Resources Director in Mexico.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on the design and implementation of recruitment hiring programs for both Corporate and Reservations and Customer Care roles in Mexico. Plus execute the full end to end recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding and orientation initiatives for these hiring communities.
  • Champion all regional and global talent attraction and employer branding efforts driving strong ROI for the Mexico region
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of all logístical elements for recruitment marketing/engagement/outreach efforts (ex. Information sessions, career fairs, friends and family day, etc.) and interviewing efforts
  • Drive the right talent pipelines and sourcing efforts for both hourly and salaried openings
  • Act as a trusted advisor in providing insights into regional hiring trends and recommended future strategies
  • Ensure relevant and agreed recruiting KPI's, metrics, reporting and insights are well managed and socialized and ensure that any interventions required are thoughtfully planned
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current line of business needs and future workforce plans. Develop and implement recruiting strategies that fit business needs and company priorities.
  • The ability to carve up capacity to contribute to and be involved with global TA initiatives with the ability to regionalize to market conditions within Mexico
  • Partner closely and align with the Global Talent team on talent pipeline and development strategies and plans for early career recruitment.
  • Work in partnership with Americas Talent and DEI to identify, develop and implement needed tools required to drive interest in company as an employer

Education

  • Ideal but not exclusive to have: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and workrelated experience.

Experience

  • 7+ years progressive workrelated experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, or communications, preferably with 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition

Technical
Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition principles, concepts and methodologies
  • Demonstrated appreciation and understanding of recruiting for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading, organizing, planning, and executing a range of Talent Acquisition initiatives and recruiting programs from conception through to implementation and execution
  • Evident experience with industry and market trends as they relate to revenue opportunities and demonstrated ability to develop or manage programs to effectively drive revenue in a local market.
  • Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Demonstrated creative problemsolving ability and demonstrated creative thinking skills as evidenced by prior campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
  • Evident understanding of recruiting metrics, KPI's and data and how to translate these into insights and meaningful measurements
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
