As the Global Senior Manager of Sales Excellence Program Operations at Honeywell, you'll lead the charge in advancing the Sales Incentive Program (SIP), a pivotal global initiative within Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS).

Collaborating closely with HSS executive leadership, your primary responsibility will be to drive the SIP, optimizing sales incentives plans and global quota settings.

This role necessitates robust data analytics, project management, and communication skills, along with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and provide executive-level guidance.


Beyond spearheading the Sales Incentive Program, you'll play a crucial role in championing key strategic sales excellence projects and initiatives to elevate sales growth across the HSS organization.

These projects will align with Honeywell's sensor organization's growth objectives, underlining your influence in shaping its trajectory.


Your contributions will extend to analyzing sales data, overseeing sales operations, and offering strategic counsel to senior management, directly impacting Honeywell's sales performance, and contributing to overall business expansion.

Reporting directly to the Sr.

Director of Sales Excellence, you'll operate within a hybrid work environment, collaborating to optimize sales processes, improve sales efficiency, and ultimately bolster orders revenue growth.


Your proficiency in sales operations, coupled with strategic acumen, will solidify Honeywell's position as an industry leader, driving growth and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement sales strategies: Create strategies to boost orders revenue and surpass sales objectives by leading Honeywell's Sales Incentive Program (SIP) and core projects supporting primary sales growth pillars.

Lead data analyzes for sales data and sales incentive program: Utilize data management experience to manage ongoing sales incentive program globally for Honeywell Sensing Solutions organization.

Manage sales operations & project management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) to ensure delivery and operational excellence, while pinpointing areas of opportunity & growth. Lead and support key sales excellence growth initiatives inclusive of project management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth awareness, communication, project leadership of the Sales Incentive Program and other Sales Excellence projects and initiatives. Serve as a global leader supporting the sales organization.

Provide strategic insights to senior management: Offer valuable insights and recommendations to drive business expansion and establish market dominance.


YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales data management & operations, project or program management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical data mining and analysis skillsets leading sales incentive programs
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales data processes and driving revenue growth
  • Strong project management skillsets and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; organizational navigation
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and lead with influence

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, or a related field
  • Prior experience leading data / program management for sales incentive programs
