Your tasks

Review regional ocean master data for completeness, quality, alignment, optimization (customers, vendors, schedules, departments,

events, etc); aligned with Regional Controlling an Master Data teams.

Primary objective is to support country level controlling team on MDM with training and auditing data maintained by countries
Maintain rate and contract data bases (charge code complexity, rate completeness and correctness) Sell Rates
Understand local business models, general practices, and current operations and billing procedures so RCM can better support their needs.
Train users how to complete RCM Sell Profile and submit sell rates to RCM.
Manage sell rate submissions in ServiceNow, audit RCM Sell Profiles, and coordinate with Nanjing SSC to maintain in RCM.
Review Nanjing's data entry, create Billing Setups, and work with submitter to ensure autorating is working.
Maintain and update sell rates / charges as needed.
Once each customer's sell rates are in RCM, audit usage on TANGO shipments to ensure branch is utilizing new autorating.
Develop business analytics to drive higher utilization and accuracy of maintained rates.

Requirements:

The role requires an individual who has finished studies in the area of logistics and/or 5 years of working experience in the ocean or airfreight forwarding business.
Solid understanding of ocean forwarding, rating, quoting, and master data.
Experienced in Rate & Tariff Management, Data Analytics and Project Management
Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
Attention to details and strong organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills as the role requires frequent communication with various management levels
Cooperative team work attitude
