We are currently seeking a
Deputy Site Business & Administration Manager , reporting directly to Site Business & Administration Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, BC, Mex.


About the Job

The Deputy Site Business & Administration Manager is a support to Site Business & Administration Manager for the general business & administration of the Construction Site.

For all administrative tasks, he/she will have to make sure necessary business and administrative procedures are followed.
- local administration, legal and immigration issues,
- temporary site facilities,
- accommodation,
- transportation,
- commercial networks, local purchases,


Able to replace any position in the Business & Administration, as well as acts on behalf of the Site Business manager during his absence from site.

He/she can be responsible for the general administrative support to facilitate the smooth functioning of Site supervision and work accountancy control.

He/she acts, on behalf of Site Manager and within delegation fixed by him as CONTRACTOR representative in dealings with Local Authorities and Yard Suppliers for the services according to the Project procedures, requirements

Main accountabilities,


Support & Logistic:


  • General Maintenance Service
  • Manage cleaners' team on daily basis to ensure clean working area.
  • Provision of Furniture
  • Office Allocation and arrangement according to internal reorganization of teams.
  • PPE, Stationery, Pantry & Water Request
  • General Services
  • CPY Requests

Accommodation:


  • Follow House selection / Security audit.
  • Liaise with Third Party Gas & Electrical inspection.
  • Liaise with Agent / Review all rental contract and help TEN employees to deal with agent/landlord.

Transport:


  • Supervise Vehicles coordinator.

Mobilisation/Rotation/Visitors

  • Supervise the Travel coordinator.
  • Follow pending request for Site Manager approval.

External events

  • Team Buildings
  • Executive Sponsor Meetings
  • Management Dinner

About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe)
  • Good relationship with people
  • High motivation to perform the specified duties diligently and with relevant commitment throughout the Project period
