Your Responsibilities
Brindar atención 24/7 y un servicio diferenciado a nuestros clientes/socios/asegurados. A través de una atención personalizada, otorgando asesoria correcta y en tiempo en temas de Beneficios para Empleados (Gastos médicos, Vida y Flexibles).
Atención y asesoría de clientes (internos y externos) 24/7 los 365 días, garantizando la correcta atención a asegurados con relación al Programa de Beneficios contratado(s) (GMM, Vida, Flexibles), procesos de pago, siniestros, etc.
Platicas informativas del uso de la póliza (resolver dudas, dar a conocer condiciones y exclusiones, etc)
Seguimiento de trámites administrativos con las diferentes áreas internas:
Apoyo en el proceso de renovación
Técnico

Mantenimiento y Cobranza

Operaciones
Reembolsos, programación de cirugías, reembolsos, reporte hospitalario
Siniestros
Administración de bitácoras de control interno
Análisis de reporte de siniestralidad
Proceso y gestión de cobranza

Llevar la correcta gestión de trámites de altas, bajas, modificaciones y siniestros ante Aseguradoras (seguimiento de Pólizas)- Qualifications- Licenciatura 100% de los créditos (preferente en áreas económico-administrativas).

Experiência de 1 a 3 años en un puesto similar (haya laborado en Bróker o Aseguradora).
Conocimientos de Pólizas grupo en el ramo de Beneficios (GMM, Vida y flexibles)
Inglés básicointermedio.
Excel intermedio (manejo de base de datos y tablas dinámicas). Presentaciones (power point).
