Job Duties:

Ensure the Data models create in Appian are fully governed according to Global Banking Data standard and guidelines while assessing system functions and recognizing impending problems and correct them before work processes are disrupted.
Support the Appian as an Enterprise Platform while conducting projects setup and training, validate workflows, establish QA policies and automate validations, support the CI/CD, monitor inflight processes and environments, create and recommend use of reusable connectors and components and provide continuous improvement to the platform.
Support the solution architect and the SME on the strategy of future solutions and navigate the team on the E2E process for get it reviewed and approved in the appropriate forums and boards.
Build critical Appian reusable components while collaborating with other Solutions, Security, Infrastructure and Enterprise Architects in addition to demonstrating broad solutions & technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change to optimize scalability of products/platforms across all USA operations
Represent Architectural team during meetings and Agile/Scrum sprints providing technical assessments and strategies technical solutions for the new product capabilities.
Identify any opportunity to fix obsolescence and security issues aligned with the project while proposing tactical solutions to fit any gap or challenge during the project implementation.
Plan, study, and coordinate future ground architectures based on emerging threats, capabilities.
Collaborate with C-Level, upper management, end users and technical teams to construct roadmaps, blueprints and technical design documentation needed.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
5+ years' experience within Appian solutions architecture
5+ years' experience designing enterprise architecture via REST services and APIs
Experience in coding/configuration of SAIL, Process Model, Expression, Groups and Roles, Web API, Integration, etc.
Must have held Architectural level roles previously in Agile frameworks (Scrum and SAFe)
