    What you will enjoy doing:

    • Overall responsibility for the shift of defined Service Hub processes, tasks and reports to the regional Service Hub organization
    • Define detailed project organization and responsibilities for transition and coordinate a regional transition team and all relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure transition readiness between retained and Service Hub services organization, give advice for recruiting and support in onboarding and
    • trainings
    • Support optimal knowledge transfer, handover of performance and quality standards as well as continuous improvement
    • Manage and support on-site presence of transition teams
    • Assure a successful transition, the achievement of the major milestones and the quality gate procedures
    • Coordinate interfaces between serviced entities, Service Hub services organization and important stakeholder
      What makes you great:
    • University degree in accounting
    • Minimum of five years of practical working experience in accounting, shared services center an international environment
    • Experience in coordinating a (project) team of employees (> 3 employees)
    • Profound experience in project management and continuous improvement in accounting processes
    • Experience in transformation projects, shared service projects and/or quality management is an advantage
    • Very good communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
    • Fluent in English
