    The main responsibilities are to:

    • Identify and attract potential candidates using sourcing tools
    • Maintain an accurate candidate database
    • Interview candidates to understand their requirements
    • Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify future needs including multi-nationals and SME's
    • Develop a client contact strategy and conduct business development calls
    • Organize meetings and attend pitches with prospective clients
    • Maintain and develop existing client relationships to secure repeat and exclusive business
    • Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution
    • Manage entire recruitment process
    • Provide advice on market conditions
    • Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another, and communicating effectively
    • Internally network to build business relationships that can be converted into commercial opportunities
    • Achieve quarterly billing purposes

    The successful candidate will have the following characteristics.

    • Bachelor Degree
    • 1 - 2 years of experience
    • Proactive and results oriented
    • Advanced English
