Recruit, select and hire personnel with the necessary profile to occupy operational, technical and student positions based on the personnel budget and production needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
(Main tasks and responsibilities):
Recruit personnel according to the established profile.
Prepare recruitment strategies.
Interview, select and hire operational, technical and student personnel based on previously authorized requisitions.
Coordinate the contract signing process, IMSS registration, life insurance, debit cards, badges, safety glasses and uniforms.
Provide attention to operational personnel in labor problems, resignations, savings funds as well as various services.
Participate in the induction process.
Monitor the rotation and absenteeism of operational personnel.
Coordinate with supervisors the monitoring of absent personnel.
Prepare absenteeism and turnover reports
Establish action plans to improve absenteeism and turnover.
Participate as an internal instructor.
