Position Title:
Sales Representative II

A Day in the Life


This role is responsible for meeting sales growth requirements, increasing marketing share and developing key clinical relationships with top hospital and renal access centers for the RCS portfolio.


  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Travel within assigned territory.
  • Maintain active, inperson presence at top territory accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business and convert accounts from competitive products and upgrade current base customers.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline & forecast.
  • Complete all administrative tasks.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and trade shows as directed.


Responsibilities:


  • Promote Mozarc products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening longterm relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Mozarc products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products.
Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous work experience in Renal Care Solutions and or medical devices for at least 2 years.
  • Relationships with the local distributors, Hospitals & Government Institutions.
Nice to Have

  • Previous work experience at large medical device companies.
  • Bilingual
