Customer Service Representative

Main Purpose


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring day to day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold standard customer service and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices.

The CSR will be expected to partner with other CSRs in GBS as well as with site and region Leadership.


Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- _Ensures day to day order processing for Frito Lay North America including but not limited to order confirmation, order cleansing, management/creation of ICRs/Filters_
- _Customer communications - managing adds/cuts, missing order communication and off template orders_
- _Confirmation of order completion_
- _Backfill other CSRs on vacations_


Qualifications / Requirements
- _Sales/_
Supply chain experience_
- _
Fluent in English_
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management_
- _Ability to provide superior customer service with strong follow up skills_
- _Working knowledge of order processing and order life-cycle, PWM, IPM/ICS_
- _Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment_
