Coordinate activities of Process Engineering Department.

  • Monitor and ensure the execution of department activities.
  • Analysis, development, and evaluation for decision making.
  • Preparation of managerial and corporate presentations.
  • Support in Highrisk areas or processes.
  • Responsible for the development and monitoring of Heatmap.
  • Development of new Process Engineers.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
  • Use critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decision.
  • Lead projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement costsaving initiatives that addressed longstanding problems.
  • Active participation in new product quotes.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and control the development of SOW for new equipment as well as ensure their release.
  • Establish processes for new product lines; document product development and changes; evaluate new product performance; and monitor new tool design.
  • Develops manufacturing methods, equipment, and processes for programs.
  • Defines equipment utilization, floor space requirements, process flow, and layout of equipment andworkspace for maximum efficiency for new programs.
  • Engineers manufacturing processes collaborative1y with product engineering to ensure manufacturable product designs which utilize standard production processes, equipment and methods.
  • Writes equipment and process specifications. Purchases, installs and debugs effective equipment that meets all financial and quality requirements for new products and programs.
  • Ensures equipment and manufacturing processes are ready and available for customer critical events including run at rate, PPAP and critical builds for customer MRDs.
  • Applies Lean principles to new product launches including minimizing WIP, ergonomic work
- stations, visual management and Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement and cost reduction in the execution of the job function.

  • Applies statistical methods to solve problems and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Complies with policies and procedures pertaining to facility or divisional adopted standards such as IATF 1694
  • Complies with ISO 14001 according to FSA346 Matrix of Roles Responsibility and Authority.
  • Complies and shares best practice and lessons learned initiatives. IATF 1694
