About the Team
SoundOn is a platform powered by TikTok to help new and independent music creators distribute their music globally.

Responsibilities:

Work as the main pointofcontact of artists and labels to oversee music uploads, moderation, distribution, promotion progress. Provide daytoday communication and support to prioritized clients.
Work closely with artists, labels, crossfunctional teams like A&R and marketing teams to deliver strategic support and satisfying service to clients, in terms of projects like artist development, new release plans, track promotional support, etc.
Manage projects and work with crossfunctional teams to secure execution and performance.
Provide regular reports regarding artist development, promotion and reporting, and present to key clients.
Oversee the artists and labels catalog and new releases, collaborate with marketing teams to seek upsell opportunities, to secure business results.
Keep clients uptodate on all the new services, features and campaigns.
Follow up closely with the contract signing & renewal and payment process.
Over 3 years in the music and entertainment industry
Solid networking skills in the local market
Good knowledge of local artists and labels landscape
A love and passion for all types of music
Strong project management and crossfunctional team communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
