    How will you contribute to our magical experience?

    In this role, the Toys Coordinator will be involved in following up and supervising different administrative processes within the area, financial analysis, presentations and product matrix identifying new business opportunities, challenges, and needs. The post holder will report findings and provide recommendations to the Mexico Toys' Teams to inform business decisions to ensure the Disney Toys' financial targets are continuously achieved.

    The Coordinator, Licensing Toys will be responsible for:

  • Different administrative process of the area (Contract administration, Credit and collection, audits).
  • International Labor Standards (ILS) follow up.
  • Support on budget and forecast (request and analysis), as well as royalty reports.
  • Analyze business information, including NPD data in order to make strategic business decisions.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal information from the Toys team required by other areas of the company.
  • Providing support with Toys presentations for strategic meetings commercial involvement and support to identify white spaces and growth opportunities within the Toy business.
  • What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Financial areas, Marketing, Business innovation, Consumer Products, Sales or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PP, Word is required (Ability to learn new systems that will be required in this role).
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • Full capabilities in administration & control, good verbal and communication skills, teamwork, excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, versatile, positive and with proactive and change driven attitude.
  • key Competences: communication and analytical skills to understand the economic and competitive factors of the business, as well as financial knowledge to identify the challenges and opportunities in our forecast, contract renewals, able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, etc.
