REQUIREMENTS

Experience in managing budgets and forecast analysis
English skills is a must (written, speaking and reading)
Must be able to work in the field, spending 75% time traveling and knocking doors within the existing and new customers
Associates degree command of written and verbal communications

years on technical sales experience within the finishing industries

Desire but not limited to have Engineering Degree
Desire to have coating process knowledge
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, independently & within a team
Multitasking skill
Excellent presentation skills
Likes people and able to remain calm (no matter what the circumstance)
Computer competency including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT) and webbased tools
Experience in working with CRM Sales platforms

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively seek for new business opportunities by reaching out new customers within the Industry segments such as automotives, general industrial, aerospace to mention some
Create, maintain and enhance the _customer experience_ across all functions
Provide Technical Advice driven by solf customer processes needs
Respond to distributors, system integrators and end user enquiries regarding product selection and pricing based on coating process experience
Partner with distributors, system integrators and end users
Act as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure alll customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization
Act as the first line of communication to customers as needed with strong and professional technical knowledge
