About our client

We are working with an Investment Fund Manager focused on the Real Estate sector who has more than $1 billion assets under management with investment focused on private equity real estate.

This position is based in Mexico City.

What the job involves

Project evaluations such as analysis of market trends and KPIs, financing conditions, and investment and business environment
Develop financial models and investment documents and maintain the pipeline updated
Use a strategic and financial perspective to evaluate proposed transactions
Give support through the due diligence process
Elaborate presentations for the management team (pipeline reports, financial reports, investment updates, etc.) and for investors (quarterly report, annual report, track record, etc.)

Who we are looking for

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
Experience in private equity and commercial, industrial or residential real estate
Superior financial and analytical skills with ability to provide creative solutions
Bachelor's degree at a top rated university in Finance, Administration, Economics or related
Detail oriented, organized, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks
