    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

    Currently IT Lead Enabling Functions structure manage partner relationship with 6 Functons areas in PMF (HR, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Security, Legal, & Comptrollership), This position is necessary to establish business relationship between IT and Business Functions to attend their IT strategical needs. The IT Lead has to manage the demand shapping process; to get and evalute new initiatives and local projects per function according with business strategy and set the correct develop strategy to engage with internal and external stakeholders. This role has to guarantee our IT processes and metodologies during the project cycle, always being a bridge between IT and functional teams.

    Your Impact.

    As Sr. Manager, LATAM Functional Lead SAP Finance your scope would consist of:

    Responsible for the Enabling Functions Enterprise Solutions lifecycle for LatAm, including the requirement gathering & fullfilment, continuous improvement and service stability, based on the agreed SLAs and Global guidelinesKey areas of responsibility are focused on SAP Finance and Controlling, plus all the integration with the different components of the ecosystems to enable the Finance and Controlling functionalities using standard capabilities and services, or deploying new ones based on business requirements and aligned architecture strategyBased on the new IT organizational structure, this role will be implementing, with solutions under his/her responsibility, the transition and ope-rationalization of the DevSecOps model.

  • Under his area of technical responsibility
  • Act as Functional Lead in Evaluate, estimate, plan and develop initiatives by leading or supporting the iniciatives based on scope established with the sector and global teams
  • Establish and operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring and improvement capabilities within the Enabling Functions space
  • Guarantee solutions with high level of quality and security, focused on minimum to non impact on production
  • Implement and govern testing automation process focused on time to deliver improvements and quality and security requirements facilitation
  • Resource Management for proposal feasability, project planning and execution, using internal and external resources based on the flow of requirements using Vendor Enablement and Champion / Challenger models
  • Guarantee solutions stability based on agreed SLAs within IT and the business
  • Performs troubleshooting and systems analysis in ES Enabling Functions solutions implemented across LATAM sector
  • Conduct functional KT to the internal and external team members within LATAM ES Enabling Functions DevSec Ops Organization and other sectors on regular basis
  • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in SAP Finance and Controlling
  • knowledge of integration points on DSD module and related business processes
  • Knowledge and experience in following tools and processes. Are nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools/processes and production support
  • Agile, DevOps or DevSecOps
  • Program and Project Management
  • Tech Skills

  • SAP Configuartion Expertise of main Finance and Controlling Modules, version
  • SAP Solution Manager Expertise
  • SAP Abap Dictionary Understanding - Medium Level
  • SAP Archiving and Data Retention Management Understanding Medium - Level
  • Ability to design integration components inbound and outbound SAP with other applications, concentrated in Finance Space
  • SAP Master Data Understanding High Level and its integration with main business processes
  • Non Tech Skills

  • Systems ImplementationMethodlogies experience: Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, etc
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a track record of senior-level interaction, communication and presentation experience
  • Solid Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and its relations with other key business processes for a Consumer Goods type Company
  • Competencies:

  • Ability to identify and propose solutions for highly complex problems within SAP Finance Space and possible Integration with its functionality
  • Translate business requirements into technical language, and viceversa within SAP Finance and nd possible Integration with its functionality
  • Must be highly self-motivated with track record of driving competing & conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently meeting objective
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
  • Ability to give direction and lead others, responsible for team results
