The Product Perf Mngmt Sr Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family.

Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Partners with more senior team members to deliver across product disciplines, assist in the ownership of the product(s) and monitoring drivers for performance and works on the ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Applies disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function
  • Integrates industry knowledge and research within a defined area and requires indepth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business
  • Evaluates variable issues that impact team performance
  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
  • Assists in the implementation of performance improvement strategies, with a specific focus on crosssell and integration, including the development of competitive analyses, market analyses, product development road maps, market plans, pricing strategies and product line extensions
  • Assists sales and relationship managers in building skills needed to identify client needs, and proposes solutions in line with business objectives
  • Participates in ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk and distribution
  • Prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes

Qualifications:


  • 25 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline
  • Understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with ecommerce solutions preferred
  • Applies judgment to solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives
  • Uses quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions
  • Diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers
  • Demonstrates confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Asesoría y apoyo al personal de Gestión de Productos en el cumplimiento de MCA.
  • Garantizar que los procesos estén completamente documentados relacionados con los procesos de Gestión de Productos, así como mantenerlos actualizados.
  • Supervisar el correcto cumplimiento y ejecución de los procesos establecidos, así como informar de las posibles desviaciones de control.
  • Revisar el seguimiento trimestral de los resultados y el envío oportuno de conclusiones a los Jefes de Negocio y Dueños de Procesos.
  • Medir y evaluar la eficiencia y eficacia de los controles establecidos en el área de Gestión de Productos, apoyando la mejora continua, la reevaluación de los procesos y en la introducción de acciones correctivas para el cumplimiento de las metas.
  • Implementación de mejoras en los procesos en función de las desviaciones identificadas por las revisiones internas y externas.
  • Enlace entre las áreas solicitantes y la Gerencia de Producto de Captación para el entendimiento y cumplimiento oportuno de los entregables solicitados por reguladores, áreas externas, etc.
  • Atención eficiente y oportuna a los eventos de pérdida de información del SIRT.
