    Overview

    Ensure that goods, supplies and equipment for the company are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the operation.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process of materials, products, goods or services in accordance with current regulations, using the formally the current regulations, using the formally required instruments.

  • Follow up on scheduled orders and deliveries.
  • Support and solve problems related to deliveries, purchases or material requisitions.
  • Qualifications

  • Grade: Business Management, Industrial, Business Administration, or related.
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office, supply chain, budget management, supplier management. management.
  • Language required: Intermediate English.
  • Availability to travel: Occasionally.
