About the Position :

As a Scrum Master you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Making sure that work items flow through the Kanban System
Regularly check the Kanban board and make sure that no work item has been blocked
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews
Scheduling, facilitating and running regular Kanban meetings
Control all the processes to be working towards delivering client satisfaction
Address to the task's owner in case it is being delayed more than usual
Monitor and manage risks
Make sure the policies are followed by the team
Knowledge of Agile principles and scrum process

Requirements:

Strong personality
Experience a Scrum Master/ Agilist / Service Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager/ Flow Manager / Flow Master roles
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Kanban and Lean techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Problemsolving and conflictresolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
