Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities.

Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business.

HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

At HPS, we build products that provide mission critical infrastructure and that deliver communications and power to millions of people worldwide.

Brand Overview:

Es responsable de cumplir con los programas de trabajo, supervisando a un grupo de empleados encargados de ejecutar los programas de producción y alcanzar los volúmenes programados conlas especificaciones de calidad y dentro de los parámetros de costo predeterminados a través de un equipo de trabajo. Incluye la preparación de reportes estadísticos y administrativos.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planeación y control del plan de producción diario y mensual área de Ensamble
Coordinación y administración del personal a su cargo
Coordinación con el resto de las áreas productivas
Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras en el área y/o procesos
Coordinación con los departamentos de servicio (Mantenimiento, Ingenieria, Produccion etc.)
Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto
Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto

Skills and Experience:

Carrera profesional terminada en Ingeniería Industrial/Metal Mecanica, Manufactura o afín (Maestría preferentemente)
Bilingüe: español/inglés (75% o más)
Experiência en el manejo de SAP
Experiência en el manejo de MS Office
Experiência en Manufactura esbelta
Conocimientos de procesos de producción
Disponibilidad para viajar, doméstico e internacional
Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Management or Engineering General
