Job Description About This Job**Administer panel health, timely and accurate recruitment instructions and continuous panel quality improvement using analytics to continue accuracy. They are responsible for managing daily execution of recruitment, installation, incentives, panel communications, KPI's, finance reporting and priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Interprets panel health KPI's and data, analyzing results and reports from GKPI using statistical techniques and providing tracking and ongoing reports.
  • Secures compliance and is accountable for all processes in the Panel Management area of execution, including annual updates, process improvements and efficiency within IO.
  • Work on all projects to deploy on CPS to improve the Collection process in the area and support to achieve the delivery about full view to our clients.
  • Discuss quality actions/initiatives with country leader Manage BAU panel management processes (excluding Deployment and StatOps)
  • Responsible for reporting budget & resources on the area. Guarantees Compliance Operating plan and generate initiatives for productivity.
  • Guarantees compliance with KPI's through preventive and corrective actions with personnel and households.
  • Estimates costs and feasibility of new projects (New category's, surveys, panels, etc), aligned with the defined regional cost criteria and templates
  • Responsible for coordinating resources that recruit HHs, install HHs, monitor performance of HHs, demo updates, panel communications and quality control of panelists.
  • Drives Panel Efficiency via delivering the required panel design/health with the minimum cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a statistical, mathematical, Economics or industrial Engineering
  • English speaking and writing (Advanced)
  • Knowledge of Office tools, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Total experience +3 years of quantitative analysis work experience in Nielsen, statistics or similar
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively coordinate projects
  • Aptitude for process improvements
  • Knowledge of planning tools
  • Numeracy or Finance Skills
