Accounts Assistant - Job Role

  • Daily inputting of bank transactions onto Sage
  • Checking & Inputting of supplier invoices onto Sage
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices & payments.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assisting with production of weekly cash flow forecast
  • Liaise with sales team on proforma payments received.
  • Updating cheque and CC log
  • Update daily sales report.
  • Prepare company credit cards expenses on excel x 10
  • Prepare intercompany recharges.
  • Reconcile Petty Cash
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Chasing overdue customer accounts
  • Supporting finance team with general backoffice tasks


  • Hours of work

  • Monday
  • Friday 8.30a.m 5.00p.m (1 x hour paid lunch break)

Skills
Knowledge in the software Sage

English advanced
