    Description

    Propósito del puesto:

    Asegurar que las estrategias comerciales para la venta de productos del área terapéutica asignada se reflejen en el campo y estén alineadas con las metas y objetivos corporativos. Responsable de la detección de pacientes, inclusión al tratamiento y venta de productos de acuerdo con el objetivo de venta de cada territorio tanto en el mercado privado como en gobierno, con un perfil altamente profesional y ético, promoviendo la cultura de paciente en el centro y salvaguardando la reputación de la compañía mediante el cumplimiento de las políticas de compliance y procedimientos vigentes.

    Como va a contribuir:

  • Promover profesionalmente y éticamente los productos del área terapéutica asignada con los profesionales de la salud e identificar y desarrollar relaciones con líderes clave de opinión. Presentar información médica y con argumentos sólidos a los profesionales del cuidado de la salud.
  • Asegurar que los profesionales de la salud cuenten con toda la información necesaria y evidencia científica para prescribir nuestras moléculas/ productos y de esta forma incrementar la detección de pacientes candidatos a la utilización de nuestras moléculas/ productos dentro del territorio asigando.
  • Ofrecer el conocimiento suficiente sobre las enfermedades raras / drogas huérfanas.
  • Identificar las necesidades de los clientes así como médicos clave e instituciones de salud actuales y potenciales en el mercado.
  • Mantener la base de datos precisa de uso del producto y proporcionar previsiones mensuales de consumo del producto.
  • Facilitar la colaboración y la comunicación entre todas las partes interesadas y otras funciones relevantes dentro de la compañía.
  • Brindar apoyo y liderar iniciativas de marketing y médicas que brinden información relevante sobre el territorio y el cliente, con el fin de asesorar para inversiones óptimas en el mercado asigando.
  • Ejecutar planes de negocios de territorio integrado que incorporen objetivos para cada una de las áreas terapéuticas objetivo.
  • Interactuar efectivamente con los profesionales de la salud involucrados en el mercado de especialidades o ̈enfermedades raras ̈ (por ejemplo: Inmunólogos, Alergólogos, Genetistas, Hematólogos, Neurólogos, Urgenciólogos entre otros).

    • Conocimientos, Experiencia:

  • Licenciatura en disciplinas Científicas o Áreas Administrativas.
  • Paquetería Office. Experiencia en ventas en farmacéuticas/biotecnológicas
  • Experiencia comprobable en la difusión de drogas huérfanas o promoción de productos de alta especialidad (Hematología, Inmunología, Oncología o Drogas Huérfanas).
  • Experiencia en ventas en farmacéuticas/biotecnológicas, en mercado privado y Gobierno en el mercado mexicano.
  • Experiencia en el relacionamiento con Profesionales de la Salud y Lideres de Opinión Clave del territorio asignado
