UST is looking for a
Lead II - Project Manager.

The Vendor Relationship Senior Analyst is responsible for the lifespan of contracts and agreements for all Technology vendors who access, transmit, or host Prologis data or provide IT contingent workers.

Act in consulting capacity with business owners regarding the vendor management processes, business need, and required documentation. Foster on-going partnerships with Legal, Risk Management, IT Finance, and IT Security.


_The Opportunity __:
_

  • Serves as a point of contact for Technology Vendors on behalf of the organization
  • Manages contract renewals, extensions, terminations, and new business for all technology vendors
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors (i.e. renegotiation's, extensions, terminations and new business)
  • Educate business owners on the VMO role and process
  • Document and update VMO program, process and procedures
  • Lead Vendor partner scorecard and performance reviews with the appropriate Business Owner partners
  • Own, maintain & audit the Master Technology Vendor partner database
  • Track and report on pending and completed work on a daily basis
  • Provide monthly VMO matrix distributed in the IT Scorecard/Dashboard
  • Join and Present as needed in the Technology Meetup meetings
  • Participate in Technology Engagement Committee meetings / PIC meetings
  • Responsible for maintenance of VMO SharePoint site
  • Adhere to Prologis legal guidelines
  • Analyze and identify additional agreements as needed
  • Coordinates Legal, Risk, IT Finance and IT Security reviews
  • Onboarding of new vendor partners and updates on tax ID numbers for accounting purposes
  • Create & Foster strong partnerships with internal Business Owner Partners
  • Support Information Security governance
  • Other duties as assigned

_What you need _:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expert in evaluating a broad range of technology investments with advanced critical thinking and analytical skills providing our business partners with the greatest flexibility and solution options.
  • Demonstrated expertise leading complex vendor negotiations.
  • The ability to challenge customer input to facilitate stronger outcomes.
  • Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation, be service oriented and team focused with a high degree of initiative and follow through.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrable experience in preparing presentations to financial and business leaders, including senior management.
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, electronic signature software (Docusign).
  • Independent in work ethic and thought process, needing little direction / supervision.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player with eagerness to learn and add value to the organization.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology environment
  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fastpaced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
  • Technology vendor experience

  • Global company experience
