    Job Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Develop system design, including functional specifications and strategies, based upon operational needs analysis.
    • Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions.
    • Understand workflow practices and apply them to system configuration in support of Operational/IT strategies, issues, and priorities.
    • Perform unit, system, and integration testing per standards and document outcomes.
    • Work with the Application Team to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executed.
    • Follow defined standards, promote best practice principles, and participate in the change control process.
    • Optimize, maintain, and support applications/systems as required.
    • Participate effectively as a team member to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Provide on-call support, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues. Initiate escalation procedures and identify potential issues, referring complex issues to the appropriate level of support.
    • Built rapport and promoted teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principles.
    • Meet application deliverables, project timelines, and deliver weekly status reporting.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with Active Directory.
    • Previous experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, etc.
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology-related field preferred (will consider equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
    • Ideal experience with solid IT and Enterprise Application skills.
    • Possess a combination of technical, analytical, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
    • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to be socially perceptive in accepting and relaying information, communicating policies and procedures, and interacting effectively with a variety of personnel.
    • Superior verbal/written English communication skills, including grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Superior follow-up/follow-through skills.
