Opportunity to work in a global architecture and urban planning firm with more than 20 years of international experience and a passionate interdisciplinary team of +200 professionals, based in Montevideo, Uruguay.

This company is about to launch its brand in Mexico, for this, they require a Business Executive to grow the client portfolio in the region.


Job Duties

  • To generate leads, negotiate with prospects, close contracts and/or projects.
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Define metropolitan area.
  • Develop mapping of different clients, divided by segment.
  • Perform analysis of results.
  • Generate new business with current clients.
  • Listen to the needs of potential clients presenting the study in a professional manner, generating synthetic presentations with the appropriate content and duration for the client.

Knowledge and Experience
*Professional graduated from careers such as architecture, marketing, business, sales, business administration, real estate development (ideally architecture or real estate development).
*Knowledge in B2B sales strategy.
*Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the real estate sector (verifiable).
*Availability to travel within the country and time flexibility.
*English C1

  • Marketing background.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Experience in real estate.
  • Experience with CRMs (ideally HubSpot).

Remoteness - Mexico
*Full Time. 40 Hrs. per week.
*Type of contract: Direct with the company.
*Estimated time of contract: Long term with annual renewal.
*Estimated monthly budget: Open to salary aspiration.
