- SAP (desired but not mandatory)
- University degree
- 2+ years work experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Customer service
- 2+ years Planning and forecasting experience
- Sports & fashion industry related experience (desired)
- Lead the coordination between Distributors, Customer Service, Credit, Planning and Logistics to guarantee the achievement of monthly booking targets
- Support Sales manager to build monthly forecasts
- Guarantee that the monthly Purchase Order process from distributors is fully set up, communicated and executed
- Lead the B.I. and data integration between distributors and VF, providing business information to all areas (Bookings tracking)
- Generate weekly reports.

Sales Operations Supervisor – Timberland LATAM
Position Summary:
As part of the Commercial structure in LATAM, this person will work in close collaboration with LATAM Sales Manager, supporting the execution of both the commercial and financial plan.
The Sales Ops Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining consistent collaboration with key internal stakeholders in Customer Service, Finance, Sales Operations, Planning and Merchandising to guarantee that all the processes and activities related to these areas that impact the Distribution Business are coordinated and executed properly on time.
This person will be the main contact with Distributor Ops, Logistics, Finance and Planning teams to provide Bookings relevant information, ensuring the completion of all critical activities.
