    REGIONAL MERCHANDISING PLANNER

    The candidate will be responsible for the Regional Merchandising Planning processes collaborating with the HQ Merchandising Planning Team and the Regional Retail, Finance & Buying Teams for forecasting, merchandise financial planning, in-season management, open to buy markdown and core & high rotating Item management.

    Main Activities & Responsibilities:

     Process and analyse all relevant data, monitoring the main KPI's concerning the Region

     Run all planning and forecasting activities

     Involvement in "Core items" management

     Manage the planning for Carry Overs

     Run the OTB budgets according to the Company guidelines

     Create monthly sales reforecasts and analyse sales to flag risks and identify growth opportunities

     Running standard reports and building ad hoc analysis in order to share information and analyse the business performance within the Region  Consolidate weekly/monthly sales/stock analysis

     Regularly work with HQ Merchandising Planning to understand best sellers/slow movers, to anticipate consolidation strategies, allocation/reallocation and replenishment, etc

     Analyse end of season markdowns and support with the markdown Lists

     Ensure support concerning the Order Review activities from a numerical standpoint during the selling campaigns

     Perform other duties as required

    Skills required:

     Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields

     5 years of experience in the Merchandising Planning of primary Retail or Fashion company

     Strong analytical skills and attention to details

     Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross functional teams

     Proficient in Microsoft excel

     Fluent in Englis
