- Support of quotation calculations including scenarios and detailed plausibility checks (including product costs, logistics, sample, tooling, and application development costs).
- Perform kick-off meeting for the projects.
- Initiate product releases.
- Lead and support quality gates.
- Achieve project objective and targets (customer milestones, budget and profit, quality procurement) incl. escalation if project targets are jeopardized.
- Coordinate customer samples (technical version, ordering and tracking)
- Coordinate engineering changes with customer information (design changes, replacement and capacity tooling, cost reduction ideas).
- Support of invoicing of special revenue (including tooling, application development costs and samples).
- Support project management excellence with a strong process orientation to improving both the project management efficiency and the cross-functional teamwork.
- Obtain Customer Requirements and Approval for ECRs affecting customer.
- Keep tracking of ECRs affecting customer.
- A bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanic, Mechatronics or related.
- +5 years of experience managing projects in Automotive Industry.
- Project Management certification/diploma is a plus.
- Advanced English level is a must.
- Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
- Knowledge on AIAG Manuals (APQP, PPAP, etc).
- Knowledge with BBM, ECM Future, Work On, QGCs, CDs
- OE Portal (ie. Covisint, SupplyOn, eSupplierConnect, etc)
- Highly motivated self-starter with leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing situations.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Good organizational skills
- Solid communication skills for internal and external customers, able to summarize complex thoughts.
