Job Description:

Main responsibilities of the position:

Partner with Site stake holders, process owners and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements
Develop an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs
Work with end users to determine needs (data, screens, processes, reports) and develop scope
Draft detailed specifications that reflect the user's needs
Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations where improvements can be made
Support the implementation of systems to create an experience that positions Terex as the first choice among peers for parts and services
Partner with business users to document test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Main job-specific requirements / skills:

Previous experience with ERP or business processes
Analytical and project management skills / Agile Methodolgy
Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within IT and business teams (English)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Relevnat experience in Reporting and Data Analysis tools
Excellent communication and crossfunctional relationship building skills
Organized and flexible to changing business priorities
Action and result oriented
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations
Willingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions
