Job Description:

Supports the Organization in ensuring the QMS requirements are adhered to.
Is a review partner for the IT Product/Solution manager on eyelevel and steers the IT product/solution development team concerning quality topics.
Creates and tracks the quality assurance plan for the IT Product/Solution.
Decisively supports the IT Product/Solution manager or Project Lead in gathering, visualization & communication of risks and opportunities.
Identification, avoidance and escalation of risks ( IT Products/Solutions).
Supports the IT Product/Solution manager or Project Lead concerning quality aspects as per the customer and ensures the involvement of further relevant customer interfaces at the customer in early product/project phase /project preparation.
Knows the maturity of the product/solution in terms of content as well as the maturity of the processes during the development phase.
Knows FMEA and Problem Solving Methods and uses it effectively to work with various IT development teams and moderates the Problem solving and FMEA sessions as Method expert for products/solutions.
Ensures that the role is effective from the product/solution/project preparation, development phase until after production or product approval and operation.
Good understanding of an IT Quality Management System with knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and audits.

Qualifications:

Deep Experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
Deep Knowledge of IT PEP and should have experience handling IT Projects/Products/Solutions.
Good understanding of ISO9001 requirements and audits.
Expertise in IT Product and Project Management, Risk Management, Quality Management.

Basic knowledge of ASPICE/CMMI, ITIL.
Education : completed degree in computer science or similar discipline.
Personality: Team oriented, communicative and results oriented.
Language: very good English skills both written and spoken.
Working practice: structured, team player with good collaboration skills, exposure to working with global teams.
Ability to handle conflicts, mobility, convince people, reporting experience.
