We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and tools to identify quality talent.
• Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates effectively.
• High organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and preferably have experience in HR/employee engagement or proficiency with Excel. Strong understanding of Mexico's labor laws and employment regulations is also highly desirable.
The selected candidate will work closely with local management teams along geographic lines across multiple countries like USA; Colombia etc.
