- PDP (Master production schedule) establishment and the monitoring of the PDP execution from PC&L point of view.
- PIC inputs (Sales & Operation Plan inputs): Customer demand, sales forecast, customer assumptions, working days and targets inventories.
- Finished goods inventories administration.
- The main missions of the role are:
- Receive the customer needs in a proper format and integrate on the PDP.
- Ensure Dry out and SOP phases of Engineering changes and/or new programs.
- Manage and check the safety stocks levels designed and confirmed with the PDP, ensure weekly review of the FCS min/max stock objectives.
- Prepare the Inputs of the S&OP ( PIC) on monthly basis to be able to propose to the plant team a levelled vision of the volumes to optimize the resources, under the guidance of the PC&L manager.
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor ́s Degree on Industrial engineering, Business Administration or related
- Advanced English.
- ERP Management (SAP is preferred)
- Long term production planning administration
- Inventory & obsolescence administration
- Productivity rates analysis
