    Process all orders, changes and rescheduling of Clients in Oracle, received from them.


    • Monitoring of customer portal requirements.
    • Interact with CSR to resolve order discrepancies.
    • Validate the accuracy of all data entry granting a 100% quality.
    • Attend daily Order Entry reports to achieve target metrics.
    • Other responsibilities or projects assigned by the order entry supervisor.
