What you will do:


As a Senior Associate, you will be a part of GEP's Global delivery consulting team involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation.


You will join a project team, working with Senior-management at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process management, and technology.


You will utilize your project management, strategic sourcing, should cost modeling, sales & Operations planning, demand forecasts, client and category management abilities and further develop your communication and presentation abilities.


You will gain access to multiple industries within procurement and supply chain to broaden your experience and understanding of clients' need.


Additional skills you will utilize:

  • Gather and analyze spend data to help generate proposals, recommend actions, and lead client and analyst teams through deliverables and implementations.
  • Introduce suppliers to client's purchasing needs and analyze data for demand forecasts, operating model optimization, production and supply planning etc
  • Assist with business development activities by working with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
  • Meet and exceed all service level requirements and drive exceptional client delight.
  • Sharpen communication and presentation skills.
  • Participate in firm building activities including Knowledge & Intellectual Capital building, recruiting, training, etc.
  • Partner with your GEP client team and stakeholders at your client in a collaborative, meritbased environment, where you can define for your career path.

What you should bring:

  • Proven success in Detailoriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in crossfunctional teams, while being flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Prior success in Procurement and Supply Chain related areas, strategic sourcing experience, cost savings optimization, process improvement, demand and supply planning, inventory & warehouse management etc
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; including the ability to transform data into engaging PowerPoint presentations and the ability to analyze data in Excel.
  • Wellhoned ability to use critical thinking to tackle complex projects and decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of procurement consulting experience in a management consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS

Office Suite:
including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and analyze data)
