SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST_

-
SUMMARY:_

- _Create new network accounts and readying the system/account for new employees and de-provision accounts as needed._
- _Act as the primary contact for end user requests and troubleshooting, including MS Windows, Office 365, Telephones, Printers, and general support._
- _Install, configure, and upgrade PC Software._
- _Deploy/build new laptops and end user devices and prepare for use._
- _Assist with onboarding of new users

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT Engineering_
- _
Bilingual _(English/Spanish)_
- _
1-3 years of related experience_
- _
Conveniently located at ECOPARK_ _(Avenida Juan Gil Preciado 2450, Col. Los Robles, Zapopan, Jalisco)_
