The Role:
Note: This hybrid position involves 3 days in our Monterrey office and 2 days remote.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage various ad-hoc administration tasks to support recruitment processes
- Collaborate on timely reporting and maintain relationships with recruiters, managers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handle daily queries effectively and escalate when necessary
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years in high-volume administrative role within Talent Acquisition
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer service focused and accustomed to fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
