    A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy.

    You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

    Our Finance Operations team manages PwC's financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting.

    As a part of our team, you'll assist us with budgeting, reporting, business operations, domestic and international accounting operations, and finance strategy.

    Functions and responsibilities Responsible for registering, blocking and canceling AMEX cardsResponsible for temporary increases in individual credit.

    Central control of payment to the supplier for card useResponsible for the card use policy (advice and clarifications)Monitoring of direct debit cards for payment of specific services (Telcel, DHL, ETC)Control of Gold and Green cardsPoint of contact with AMEX executives for process control and access to the AMEX platform.

    Generation of reports and executive analysis for card use.
    Control and reporting of incidents, unrecognized charges, use outside of policies, etc.
    Coordination of processes with the Expense Reports team (Concur)Renewal of business insurance policies. Monitoring registration and payment of annual policies. Attention to client requests for validation of insurance coverage.
    Preferred skills Preferably professional academic level, careers related to administration and finance.
    Intermediate/high English.
    Decision-making capacity.
    Minimum years experience required Minimum experience of 5 years in administrative, accounting, process logistics, etc. activities. Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
