Summary:

Responsible for manage & generate forecast based on statistical models in company tool that will serve as a base forecast for the company.

In addition, it will be responsible to gather and challenge the necessary inputs from the different functional areas (Sales, Trade MKT, MKT, Finance-RGM, Customer Supply Chain and Supply Planning) to create a consensus forecast based on the IBM process.

Responsible for assuring the IBM process flows seamlessly to drive the decisions for creating the consensus.

Responsible to transfer Consensus to Supply Planning for master schedule creation.

This manager is leading a team of Jr. demand planners.

Creates a continuous improvement process for the company's strategic planning IBM process. ain objectives are forecast accuracy (WMAPE and BIAS), service level (Case Fill Rate) and Inventory levels (WC DOH).

Manages and coordinates all the CRP (Customer Review Planning) meetings.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate demand planning activities to ensure a demand statistical forecast is created that will serve as a base forecast and as an input to the IBM process. This base forecast will be created using company tools with the most adequate statistical model for each of the sku's considering demand patterns, trends and seasonality. It will be at a COT, Category, item and DC level.
Manage all the inputs from commercial area in terms of promotions, Sell Out performance, customers DOH, trends, innovation; in order to create a consensus forecast for the company that will serve as an input to the Quarterly Business Updates (BU). The inputs are consolidated on the CRP meetings. Output is the consensus forecast as well as the operating APO forecast that will drive the master schedule for the Supply Chain.
Coordinate and generate continuous improvement process for the company's IBM process, that will drive the business decisions to achieve our annual sales plan and company objectives.
Attend project meetings, staff meetings, team 1:1 meeting to drive excellent performance, department meetings and commercial alignment meetings
