As a Warehouse & Shipping Leader you'll be responsible for the control of all the outbound and inbound movements in the factory by Leading the Components Warehouse and Shipping Area.

What you'll do- Maintain Inventory Accuracy together with the inventory analyst having in control the cycle count metric.- Maintain the lines running by having all the kits ready for production controlling the group of pickers, supervisors and executing the production schedule that planning releases.- Maintain cero line shut downs due to warehouse and at the same time balancing warehouse activities to maintain headcount according to IWD.- Coordinate Quarterly WIP inventory.- Shipping Plan execution according to customer needs with 0 shipping discrepancies and maintaining a healthy IDL headcount.- End of month processes in both areas shipping and warehouse.
